40 Days of No Dessert (So Long Fat Tuesday)
Dessert DOES include (because if I don’t define it explicitly, I’ll try to cheat)…
- Candy (chocolate, licorice, etc.)
- Ice cream, frozen yogurt, gelato, malt, pudding
- Cake, cobbler, and pie
- Doughnuts, conchas, muffins
- Cookies
Dessert DOES NOT include…
- Gum
- Mints
During these 40 days, I will also abide by the following regulations…
- Never use more than 20 of the 49 bonus points
- Not use activity points
- Limit to one cup of coffee a day
- Drink at least 64 (maximum 85) ounces of water a day
